In whole genome sequencing, gene sequences are determined by scanning the whole genome sequence of known/unknown species. The DNA isolated within the scope of the whole genome sequencing service is randomly separated into 300-500 bp fragments by enzymatic means and sequenced in different read numbers according to the genome size of the organism in illumina brand devices. Up to 550 nucleotides in unidirectional sequencing and up to 1100 nucleotides in bidirectional sequencing can be easily performed.
